

We are excited to announce that our Neurodiversity in Nature wellbeing group is returning this spring, and we are inviting referrals for neurodivergent adults who may benefit from this unique nature-based programme.
This free seven-week course offers a gentle, supportive space for participants to connect with nature, explore creativity, and engage in mindful activities designed to improve well-being, confidence, and social connection.
Programme Details:
📍 Location: Wardley Hall Gardens & Forest, Salford
📅 Dates: Thursdays – 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🍂 Final session (22nd May): A special celebratory lunch in the forest to reflect on the journey together.
(Please note there will be no sessions during the Easter holidays.)
What Participants Can Expect:
✅ Relaxing nature walks in a safe, welcoming environment
✅ Creative workshops – botanical art, crafting with natural materials
✅ Bushcraft activities – fire-lighting, shelter building
✅ Reflective discussions & journaling to explore strengths & self-expression
✅ A friendly and understanding community where neurodivergent adults can be themselves
Who is this for?
This course is ideal for neurodivergent adults in Salford who may experience challenges with social connection, stress management, or finding accessible wellbeing spaces. The sessions are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and free from pressure, supporting individuals in their own unique way.
